There we received some very good news: our little one appears healthy and normal. Unfortunately, baby wasn’t very enthusiastic about  the photo session, so we weren’t able to get good profile or head shots. Our player-to-be-named-later spent much of the time with hands and arms blocking every decent angle.

Jordan thinks the shyness is a good indicator the baby is a girl. But we remain steadfast that we will not find out the gender of the baby until he/she debuts on his/her birthday.

For you stats junkies, here are a few salient facts:

  • The heart rate is 153.
  • Weight is 13 ounces.
  • And the baby is about the size of a can of soda.

Finally, as promised, we are posting the ultrasound pics here for you. So you gender detectives can check out this kid in high-resolution awesomeness. But if you figure it out, don’t tell us. Jordan would have you hung by your thumbs. I am not kidding. Those pirates got off easy compared to you potential spoilers. :)
