Only thing better than a bacon cheeseburger

…is a bacon cheeseburger cupcake. We made a video in which we bring you the finest in assembly-line cupcake crafting. I don’t have to tell you Jordan made these amazing facsimiles.

The last photo is the bacon. Actually, it’s made of something like fruit rollups. They’re called Kellogg’s Yogos Rollers ( I guess because they’re “yogurty”).

OMG, my mom just sent me this website yesterday and all I can think about is making these!!! They are hands down the best looking hamburger cupcakes I have seen! I only have one question… we dont like coconut so I am racking my brain thinking of another way to make the lettuce without having to do green frosting. Any ideas?
